My name is Joseph and…… I am a salsaholic. I am not sure how it happened. It started out innocently enough.

I may have put a little salsa on something one day and didn’t think much about it. I just slowly started eating more and more. I remember several years ago Mary and I vacationed in Las Hadas, Mexico, and the hotel special was a bread and cheese kind of thing topped with salsa. I had one or two and I……

liked it very much. I may have eaten a hundred of them over the course of the two weeks. When we came home I started to buy different kinds of salsa and kept on eating lots of bread and cheese with salsa on top. It was kind of like pizza with a kick. I had no idea at that point that I was addicted. I thought I could stop, but no. I had a problem and my friends were too embarrassed to say anything about it.

Eventually I graduated to burritos and Mexican four cheese mixtures saturated with salsa. By then, I just couldn’t stop. It seemed that I was on a constant search to find the right salsa. I knew in my heart that there was a better product than I was eating. A salsa that would elevate me to a new level of satisfaction. I was consumed by the effort to find the salsa of my dreams and then it happened.

My lovely wife Mary brought home a jar of Billy Beans salsa.

If there is salsa in heaven, and I believe there is, it will be Billy Beans!

I am too far gone to ever turn back. Billy Beans has pushed me on over the edge. I put it on absolutely everything form burritos and cheese to eggs, casseroles and candy bars (slight exaggeration).

I will never use another salsa again. I found my Holy Grail. I am not only a salsa addict, I am now a raving BILLY BEANS SALSA addict and I am comfortable with that.
